A Professional MBA

An MBA is the most recognized degree in higher education and is one of the best career decisions you can make.

An MBA from the University of Colorado Denver balances the knowledge of business with the value of real world experience. You will learn from case studies, real business field projects and executive guest speakers. This is why more graduate business students choose the University of Colorado Denver's program than any other school in Colorado.

An MBA on your schedule

Our Professional MBA program can be taken either full time or part time. Our classes are offered as an evening program to better serve you. The Professional MBA allows you to take classes at your own pace.

Finish in as little as sixteen months or take up to five years to complete the program.

On campus or online

Our online courses are taught by the same faculty as our traditional classes. You get the same high quality experience as you would in the classroom on a less rigid schedule and get to class from anywhere you have access to the Internet. Learn marketing from your kitchen table or C# on a business trip to Hong Kong, you won't miss a thing.

The Professional MBA tailored to your career

The Professional MBA can be individualized when you choose to specialize.

The benefits of our Specializations don't end at graduation. You may come back and update your graduate degree, anytime using our Alumni Certificate option. This will allow your MBA to grow with you. Modern career paths are flexible, so its beneficial to have a flexible degree.

Specializations

Or you can get a dual MBA and MS degree

You may know that you want to get more highly specialized knowledge but still want an MBA. You can work toward both your MBA and a specific Master of Science degree at the same time. Our dual degree programs combine the career advantages of the MBA's broad knowledge base with the specialized skills of an MS degree. You typically complete 36 MBA credit hours as well as the specified coursework for your chosen MS focus; accounting, finance, health administration, information systems, international business, management or marketing.

We also offer dual degree with other colleges at UC Denver— MD/MBA, MArch/MBA, MURP/MBA. We have also partnered with the Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird (in Glendale, Arizona) to offer a dual MBA and Master of International Management (MIM).

Quality

AACSB International SealReally, it comes down to quality, and we can prove ours. We are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International. Less than 15% of business programs are accredited by AACSB worldwide. And we are one of the very few schools in Colorado to be accredited at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
