A Professional MBA

An MBA is the most recognized degree in the world. An MBA from the University of Colorado Denver balances the knowledge of business with the value of real world experience. Learn from case studies, real business field projects and executive guest speakers. More graduate business students choose the University of Colorado Denver Business School program than any other school in Colorado.

An MBA on Your Schedule

Our Professional MBA program can be taken full time or part time. All classes are offered in the evening and can be taken at your pace. Finish in as little as sixteen months or take up to five years to complete the degree.

On Campus or Online

Our online courses are taught by the same faculty as our traditional classes and can be taken anywhere you have access to the Internet. You get the same high quality experience as you would in the classroom on a less rigid schedule. Learn marketing from your kitchen table or accounting on a business trip.

Tailored to Your Career

The Professional MBA can be individualized when you choose to specialize.

The benefits of our Specializations don't end at graduation. Update your graduate degree, anytime using our Certificate option. This allows your MBA to grow with you. Modern career paths are flexible, so it’s an advantage to have a flexible degree.

Specializations

Earn a Dual MBA and MS Degree

If you are looking for a highly specialized degree but still want an MBA, consider a dual degree. Work toward both an MBA and a specific Master of Science degree. Dual degree programs combine the career advantages of the MBA's broad knowledge base with the specialized skills of an MS degree.

  • Complete 36 MBA credit hours

  • Complete the specified coursework for your chosen MS focus (accounting, finance, information systems, international business, management or marketing)
  • Dual degree privileges are not available at this time when completing an MBA with an MS in Health Administration
  • We also offer dual degrees with other colleges at UC Denver
  • The Business School has partnered with the Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird (Glendale, Arizona) to offer a dual MBA and Master of International Management (MIM).

Quality

AACSB International SealIt comes down to quality, and we can prove ours. We are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International(AACSB). Less than 5% of business programs worldwide are accredited by AACSB.
