Teaching Philosophy

My commitment is to learning, student inquiry, intellectual growth and support for the life-long pursuit of renewal and revitalization. In support of these objectives, I seek to convey relevant content through readings, lectures and speakers, and to develop the ability of participants to conceptually grasp complex issues through in-class activities and project requirements. I see students as clients entrusting us to assist them in operating more effectively in their business environment. In an attempt to support their development, I endeavor to stimulate individuals to think in new ways about challenges they are facing, and to provide alternative solutions to these challenges.
